Hajj Farewell 2009

ALMA has organised to hold its fifth consecutive Hajj farewell ceremony to wish the pilgrims who will be undertaking the sacred journey to Mecca this year Insha Allah on Sunday 25 October 2009 at the Auburn Town Hall. The farewell ceremony will be part of the ACEP program and will commence at 6.30 pm.

The event will include an inspirational video presentation to encourage others to undertake this sacred journey. All ALMA members and friends are invited to attend this occasion which also serves as an ideal opportunity to exchange salams personally with the pilgrims before their departure.

We have received information that 7 ALMA members and friends are going on the Hajj trip this year and we believe there could be others, whose information has not reached us. If you have not communicated with us regarding your plans to perform Hajj this year, we would highly appreciate if you could let us know and also attend the farewell ceremony.

ALMA wishes the pilgrims a very safe journey and make dua that Allah (SWT) accept it from them as Hajj Mabroor.
